My husband & I will end a 14-day cruise in Rome (Civitevecchia) in May, and stay for a few days. When I was in Greece in 2005, I discovered that I could buy my prescription drugs (i.e. blood pressure) there without a prescription. It seems all the Americans were doing it, so I stocked up….it was a fracture of the cost of our local pharmacy. Does anyone know if this is true of Italy? Thanks for any feedback.
