Donnafugata has pulled out the stops to make this delicious Chardonnay that gushes with yellow apple, mango, star fruit, wild Mediterranean herbs like sage & wild thyme, vanilla and a long lovely finish.
Pair this with lobster & butter, niçoise salad made with Ventresca oil packed tuna belly meat, or try it with Hawaiian Poke salad.
This is full-bodied but made with a gentle hand. It's sure to please Chardonnay lovers, especially fans of California Chardonnays. Chiarandà 2011 will age gracefully, so you can lay this in your cellar for a while if can resist the temptation to drink it. Limited availability.
