Mauro Vergano is a cool dude who knows how to mix his herbs & alcohol. Right in the center of Asti, Mauro micro-produces some of the best Chinato and Vermouth aromatized wines you can find.
His Luli (which means “that one” in the local Piemontese dialect) is a white Chinato built on a Moscato base, and it explodes on the palate with sweet ripe yellow fruits like pineapple, candied citron, jasmine, cinnamon, vanilla, and menthol. This is a real crowd pleaser.
Mauro makes his aromatized wines at a higher alcohol level than most, so this will last quite some time after opening. Just 150 cases made.
