Ciao Jennifer — thanks for the Forum post, sorry for the delay in responding, my travel load over the last 2 weeks has been heavy and I’m just catching up on the posts & emails.
April is a great time to visit, and Spoleto is beautiful that time of year. Before I offer some recs for places to eat/visit/see, I have a couple of quick questions:
- Will you have a rental car while you’re there? It’s often helpful to have wheels while you’re in Umbria if you want to visit wine producers. If not, no problem, but my recs will be based on how you can get around.
- Any food interests/restrictions? Are you okay with meat, or are you vegetarian?
