From their beautiful Estate of 75 acres just outside the borgo of Panzano in Chianti, the Orsini use natural winemaking methods to create this delicious Sangiovese gem. On the nose and palate there’s a rich melange of black cherry, blackberry, a touch of wild fennel and nutmeg.
This medium-bodied Chianti Classico pairs nicely with pappardelle & white ragù, grilled beef steaks and pork chops, even a nice pepperoni & salami pizza will work well.
