Vestri Body & Soul Chocolates



Danielo Vestri bursts with energy and culinary creativity at his chocolate shop in Arezzo, just an hour south of Florence.

Starting his lifelong adventure with chocolate over 30 years ago, Danielo with his wife Stefania, and now with their children Leonardo and Benedetta, lovingly craft exceptional chocolates to share with chocoholics in-the-know.

His artistic Body & Soul collection of infused & flavored chocolates are hand-made from cacao beans grown on his family plantation (their finca) in the Dominican Republic. He roasts the cacao beans right in Arezzo at his shop, then blends the cocoa with organic ingredients and flavors to make these deeply satisfying and unusual bars.

Danielo makes 24 artistic chocolate blends in his Body & Soul collection, and after tasting them with Danielo in his chocolate shop this past January, I’ve selected 5 to share with chocolate fans like you:

Amore — Dark chocolate (65% cacao) with a delicate rose scent and taste, white chocolate marbling and dried rose petals in the chocolate.

Vergine — Dark chocolate (65% cacao) sweetened with French Vergeoise brown sugar.

Goduria — White chocolate infused with raspberry and lavender flavors.

Cafecito — Milk chocolate (38% cacao) infused with Dominican Republic Arabica coffee and coffee bean nibs.

Fior d’Arancio — Dark chocolate (65% cacao) infused with orange extract and Ceylon cinnamon, sweetened with French Vergeoise brown sugar.
