      wine-screwThe topic of Wine Corkage Fees charged by restaurants is a pretty hot topic. Sommeliers tend to believe that these are reasonable charges for opening a diner’s bottle, decanting and serving in fine glassware. Patrons who bring in their own bottle have different feelings, depending upon the place and the occasion.
